When acuity is properly captured, both reimbursement and quality outcomes are positively impacted. These improvements directly impact the hospital's financial viability and as Sister Irene Kraus who led the Daughters of Charity National Health System famously said, “no margin, no mission.”

Sandiola recruits the best and brightest for its Clinical Documentation Integrity team. All team members are clinicians with the majority of them being physicians. All are also dual certified in CDI and Coding from ACDIS and AHIMA.
